“Great location, clean hotel, with breakfast.”
Hotel basically right next to the American falls, you can hear the water roaring. Hotel has parking out the front, rooms are of a very good size with a fridge and a coffee maker. Beds comfortable, everything was clean. The bridge to the island and Horseshoe falls are couple of minutes from the hotel, Maid of the mist about 5 minutes and a Rainbow bridge 7 minutes max. We walked over to Canada. Breakfast was traditional, simple, but filling. Thank you and I recommend to stay.

“Good value for money”
Price and quality ratio is very good. We had room overlooking Canadian side, which was nice as we could see all the Christams lights and some of the fireworks.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, was able to open window and get some fresh air. View from room was out over the falls and dining area below. Breakfast was nice, had enough items to choose from for all, including waffles and porridge.
