Spacious, location, design of the rooms

“Stay wise good. Could have been a little better with atleast some complementary services.”

The stay was as good as one could ask for. A temporary accomodation for short stays. A fitness center was cherry on cake.

Mike at the reception was the sweetest, kindest, nicest and most hospital person we met during this entire trip at the US, who made this stay worthy!

Everything!! Exceptional location as it’s walking distance from Niagara and all the restaurants nearby. Huge rooms and I mean it, a lot of space, well maintained and it’s a new hotel so everything was neat and tidy. Lovely reception staff as well, especially Sophie who I think lives on the Canadian side but crosses the border each day to work, exceptional service.

Good location 10min walk the falls. Food is good, not exceptionell. Room was really great with a kind soze bed. Staff is nice.

The breakfast buffet was good, but the food wasn't hot. There were a number of other options, but no yogurt, nor did we see any peanut butter. The staff was friendly and attentive.

“Beautiful clean comfortable hotel”

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. Location was great for public transport, subway and streetcar but it is quite far from the waterfront. It’s in a lovely area tho so plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We were on a high level floor and it was lovely. As of Oct 2025, there was construction on a building opposite our room but it really wasn’t that noisy, plus we were out all day exploring anyway. I would very much recommend :)

Great breakfast

Modern furniture and equipment in the room, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was nice (fruit salad, pancakes, eggs...). Parking lot next to the hotel ($20/d)

The staff were gentle and very friendly. The location of the hotel is close by the Niagara Falls and therefore really a good point of departure to walk to the rainbow bridge and the attractions on the US side of the Niagara Falls.

The rooms are new and big.
