“If you’re planning on staying here don’t expect to sleep. We left a night early it was so bad.”
Was no handle on the bathroom door which meant the bathroom door did not close correctly. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car than on the bed! It was rock solid, no extra pillows. From about 6pm to 3am there was constant noise in the hallway, screaming children, kids running up and down, people shouting on the phone.

Don’t like the fact you have no control of the heat or air in the room it it locked out from the customer. Room was extremely cold.
