Spacious, light, clean and in a great location in a quiet area just 5 mins walk to train station (Green line) into Boston. Wonderful host, Claudia. So welcoming and friendly - we immediately felt at home. Breakfast was fantastic too.

Claudia is the BEST host! We absolutely loved it there. We got a room with a private bathroom across the hall, but it was okay with us. Both the room and the bathroom were perfectly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was above and beyond what we expected! Great plus is the location right next to the green line station, which allows easy access to the city, and the driveway parking next to the house if you are with a car. BTW we loved that the rooms were named after Claudia's daughters. It really adds to the homey and cozy atmosphere. We will definitely come back in our next visit to Boston!

A delightful stay in this lovely B&B. Our host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The room (King Suite) was very comfortable and had everything we needed; the little screened-in porch off the room was a plus. The breakfasts were delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with the other guests over our meals. The location of the B&B was great, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and public transportation to downtown Boston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to return in the future.

“Lovely B&B, convenient location”

This B&B is located in a quiet street in Newton, a lovely suburb outside of Boston. As posted, the local T station is close, within a few minutes walk. It’s a big house, probably 3-4 units. Our unit was on the ground floor: specious, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, private bathroom suite and even a balcony. Parking was available, which is a must as street parking is prohibited during the night. Once we had the instructions, it was very easy to find the place and come in, key pad on the main door. Good, generous breakfast was served in a lovely dining room: cereal, various breads, boiled eggs, yogurts and fresh fruits . Good value per money, considering the prices around Boston during graduation weekends.

Great location…quiet village with MBTA connection to Boston… property gave us use of a couple of Charliecards for tram which we loaded with a 24-hr pass..straightforward and moved around Boston with no hassle on the network. Host was fab and was most welcoming. Would highly recommend.

The stay at this accommodation was very pleasant. The church bell next to the house rang every hour, but it did not disturb us and we slept well. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. She also gave good recommendations for getting around the city. The breakfasts she offered were very delicious. House was close to train station what made trip to Boston wery easy.

This is a very lovely B&B in an American home in Newton, a suburb of Boston MA. We stayed in the penthouse suite and had the whole floor to ourselves with separate living room and kitchenette. A lot of privacy on the third level, despite the climb. Super friendly host! We wanted to experience home stay and this is a fantastic experience in a well kept home with great conversations over a good breakfast. Lots of books and magazines to browse in the comfortable living space.

Claudia is an excellent host. Streetcar stop nearby takes you straight to Boston Common.

A lovely old home - close to local amenities and especially close to public transit. The proximity to transit means that you can leave a car at the Village B&B and explore Boston without traffic encombrance. Claudia is a wonderful hostess.
