Staff were incredibly accommodating, they kindly enabled us to have a very early check-in after our night fly. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the fireplace was a lovely addition. Very good location.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short distance from the marina, one of the most beautiful and pleasant areas of Newport. The freshly prepared breakfast was excellent, with delicious pancakes. Parking was very convenient. Overall, a very good experience.

The location was perfect for the downtown area and restaurants. There is parking on site, but they also have some more spaces a couple of hundred yards down the road at another lot if needed (once you check in). My room was perfect - very comfortable bed, good shower, and I loved the balcony (Room 10). The breakfast was freshly made , and was delicious, and it was served in a lovely room. It's the first B&B I have stayed in, and I will definitely be doing that again.

Staff and breakfast were excellent. We had room 10 with a balcony which was great although the bed could have been more comfortable.

We stayed in room 10 and enjoyed having the outdoor space. The breakfasts were delicious and Ashley was friendly and attentive during our stay.

The owner met us on arrival, even though we'd had instructions as to how to check in ourselves. She showed us on a map what to do in the area and restaurant recommendations and was incredibly accommodating each time we saw her, including each morning at breakfast. Breakfast was freshly made to order, with one key suggestion each day, although there was room to deviate or they were flexible to adapt. The room, not large, was beautiful with a fabulous deck which I think was specific to this particular room. We loved it. It was central and the restaurant recommendations were great so local knowledge was appreciated. If ever we were back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

On the whole, this is the best hotel in my travels. I will give five stars because it feels very clean and the service staff is very close. It makes you feel like home. The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful at night. When you enter the room, you can feel the fresh air at the first time. This is the most important thing. The breakfast is Amazing, and the surrounding attractions are also very beautiful, because it is close to the sea, there are some bars and restaurants, and it is strongly recommended for all friends who like to travel! I will definitely come back because I like it so much, Thank you again, boss and all the staff. Thank you for your hard work.

Immaculate property, reality is better than the pictures online. Beautiful rooms (we stayed in 10 & 12), wonderful inn keeper, super friendly and helpful. Amazing home cooked breakfast every day. Comfortable beds, wonderful amenities and superb central location. Spacious complimentary parking is a huge plus.
