“Lovely hotel with great service & facilities in a lovely location”
Facilities - only wish the weather was better to enjoy more time in the outdoor areas. The room was lovely - spacious & spotlessly clean. Breakfast - great choice, tasty & fresh. Location - a nice 15 minute walk along the water into the heart of Newport or alternatively a shuttle running every 30 minutes

The room was spacious, with a very pleasant sitting area and large windows overlooking the water. The staff provided things not normally in rooms, such as a kettle. There is a drinking fountain to refill bottles in every room. There was a problem with our bathroom sink and it was sorted quickly and efficiently.

Very nice, quiet hotel in a very beautiful location, and on an island. Down town Newport is within walking distance, 10 minutes walk.

“Gorgeous property!”
While it is an old looking building, they have made beautiful interiors stylishly decorated with coastal vibes! The grounds are gorgeous with water views, lovely seating outside all around. Very very cute hotel!

“Double charged!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
The Property doubled charged me and Im finding it very difficult for them to even understand why and correct. I booked my Reservation on Booking.com. I provided you my license and credit card for "incidentals" That is standard. Careful.

Location was great. Place was more of a convention type place. But I’m pretty good shape. Room was large. My patio had a great view of cars.
