In good weather, the Mill Street Inn serves a free continental breakfast on the hotel's rooftop deck from Memorial Day to Labor Day, which overlooks Newport city centre and the Newport Harbor and in its dining rooms in the off season. “Excellent place to stay in Newport”
Great location.... Central but quiet area. Staff extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Roomy accomodation with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast delivered to the room at a time to suit, and was very adequate. Room very clean and serviced daily on demand. Plenty of complimentary toiletries provided and good coffee and tea making facilities. No complaints at all.

“Fabulous inn the staff are welcoming and inviting and especially love the delivery of breakfast to your door each mornin”
3rd time staying here it’s fabulous..rooms are roomy but cozy beautiful and very comfortable beds. We always get a suite and always go In between Christmas and new years . Newport is very chilly in the winter but everything still open for the most part.

We are 4 Brits, been travelling 2 weeks. This was our last night and was by far the best place we stayed. Great location, could park in car park , great for a city location. Staff helpful re left luggage in car.

“Charming property”
The included breakfast brought to the room was wonderful. You were able to pick from a menu each night for the next morning. The room was nice and the staff were very welcoming.

“Excellent stay, we will be back again!”
Perfect location, close to everything but still quiet. Rooms have a lot of character and individual touch. We traveled with a little pet, called to inform about that prior to reservation, gave us pet-friendly room. Breakfast is much better than your average continental breakfast.

“Quick stop in Newport”
Smooth checkin, detailed explanation of process, lucky enough to get a room upgrade (which I acknowledge is not a given, but great they offer it if available), the in room breakfast was great and nicely packaged (and timely, delivered at the time I requested) and the rooms a super clean, fresh and tidy. What more could you ask for?
