“Would like to stay longer next time.”
Room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We were greeted with afternoon tea and it was good. The breakfast was very good. You had a couple of choices for breakfast plus pastries. Young receptionist helped us get a Uber to and from the Inn when we went for dinner. It was a good experience.

“Very poor experience”
Upon arrival the staff was extremely unfriendly. The rooms were old, not well insulated, cold. The bathroom was tiny. It says on the website ‘harbour view’ - this is not the case. We will not go again and will never recommend this hotel to family or friends.

“Perfection in every way.”
Everything about Francis Malbone House is a 10 from the staff, to the rooms to the delicious breakfast in the courtyard. Having the little private parking lot is priceless. The location couldn't be better.

“Perfect Holiday Get-Away”
A perfect stay for a romantic pre-holiday get-away. The inn was thoroughly festooned. The evening manager was an absolute delight. The inn is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the harbor. Convenient parking, but be sure to pay attention to the arrival email for directions to the lot. Both the afternoon tea and breakfast were yummy and thoughtfully prepared. We will certainly return.
