“Would not hesitate to return to this gem of a location.”
I absolutely loved this place. Its location is in the center of it all. Other than 1 day of driving the area we walked to everything. The wharf was down the street. There was a breakfast cafe Bracks that was just up the block. I would love to visit again in the warmer weather. The outside may appear plain jane but the inside is a perfect New England feel.

“Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, great stay”
Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Beds very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. On site parking was perfect (off the street). Loved having 2 bathrooms and the location was great to walk to wharf, restaurants and shopping.

Felt right at home, except better, having a Karen & housekeeping upon arrival, the fabulous organic yogurts, granola, juice, milk, coffee, tea & fresh water at the ready. Fabulous location & a wonderful place to retire after extensive sightseeing along the cliff walk & beaches!

“The perfect holiday experience.”
We liked everything. A wonderful host, fantastic room with a large, comfortable bed, separate living area, and little kitchen. A nice, light breakfast was also provided. The location is absolutely ideal for everything that you need to reach in Newport. Fabulous place!

“My sister and I had the best weekend ever!”
Absolutely wonderful. Great location. Our suite was comfortable, spacious and charming. The innkeeper, Karen, was delightful. No detail was forgotten. Planning to return to explore more of Newport and stay in this gem.
