Excellent location, very clean feels like own home. Restaurants, cafes, pubs just 5mints walk. 10mints walk to the beach. Secure garage for car park.

“We were in Newcastle for a show - 5 minute walk from theatre”
Close to civic theatre - approximately 5 minute walk. Parking for 2 cars ( one in and one out of garage). Well stocked kitchen with crockery and cutlery. Communication with owner excellent.
