Accessibility, convenient location to restaurants, harbour and mall. The apartment was a perfect size for a couple, furnished tastefully, had a lovely well equipped kitchen and laundry with a washer and dryer. Loved the little balcony which could be accessed from either the lounge or bedroom. The block out blinds worked a treat. Also having an allocated parking spot in the underground parking basement at no additional cost was also a bonus was fabulous.
