The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I loved the small welcome trest bag with the handwritten note as we arrived in our room. The location was also excellent with the light rail station only a block or so away.

Second stay at this property and it didn't disappoint. Awesome view over Newcastle harbour, large comfy beds. Great water pressure in the shower. Best, convenient location, walking to pubs, restaurants, beach, etc. Highly recommend.
