The Hotel was fantastic, great facilities and location. The Staff seemed great, however I was double charged by booking.com and by the hotel for the same nights accommodation. I contacted the hotel multiple times for a refund and was told this would be rectified. Unfortunately, it never was refunded

“Love the location, the very comfy bed, and the wonderfully friendly staff.”
The lifts have a delightful personality that equals the friendly reception desk, and the rooftop bar is a picturesque way to end the night.

The room was modern clean and large. Great selection of wines in the mini bar and the king size bed and pillow menu were next level comfortable. The staff were as usual very friendly and always helpful. Then there is the rooftop bar. Sitting under the heater watching the activities on the hunter river wharf area drinking a complimentary Negroni was a great way to end my work day. I love this hotel!

The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. The location was excellent close to light rail and easy walking distance to the sites. Stand out was the front desk staff for which nothing was a bother.
