“Complete disaster”
To make it short, my room wasn't clean when I arrived (used sheets and the carpet was not vacuumed at all). They didnt take my calls, and I had to call booking to manage everything. After two hours I received a message from the hotel saying that "the staff checked the room and that it was clean", implying I was crazy or something I guess. I came back to the hotel and the room was exactly the same as it was when I left. I had to cancel everything and wait for them to refund me. I was lucky to find a place to sleep on a friday night at 9pm. I dont recommend it.
