Location and a decent size apartment for the family.

“AWFUL, DANGEROUS, UNHYGIENIC, NO COMMUNICATION, FRUSTRATING”

Staying at this apartment was the WORST experience ever to what should have been a relaxing holiday. After arriving, my husband and I noticed the place was not very clean (crumbs on the coffee table, handprints over the glass doors and mirrors but didn’t think too much off it. Whilst unpacking - we noticed our baby playing with GLASS on the floor and on the on lounge. We were shocked and contacted all of the numbers provided. No one answered. We then began to look around and notice more and more. Screws in the lounge, fire alarm covered, wet whoknowswhat on the floor, short hair all over the bathroom and kitchen, lighters, coins and small choking hazard toys all found under furniture or in reach of our baby, old dirty takeaway food containers and rubbish shoved in cupboards, blocked bathroom sink, surfaces filthy and unwipped. Broken toilet button, vacuuming and mopping not complete, bathroom fan loudly continuously on. Dishwasher not cleaned and had rotting food in the bottom of it - resulting in a horrendous smell. My husband, who is a plumber, also noticed an uncomplying old gas connection which a child could touch and cause danger. Shortly “Ham” called us back and told us that a cleaning team would be sent over the next morning! We insisted that a cleaning team be brought over immediately as we had plans for that evening and wanted to try to enjoy our day, even after an awful start. A cleaner arrived 45 minutes later with a bottle of spray and wipe - that’s it. We insisted that this needed to be dealt with ASAP with more than just a spray and wipe - so he called more cleaners, left and we waited for the next two absolutely incompetent cleaners to arrive. My husband, just before we are supposed to be at an event, is lifting furniture, moving things out of the way, wiping surfaces and directing the cleaners how to clean, thoroughly. We eventually realised we would be better off cleaning it ourselves tomorrow.

The apartment is ideally located. Well equipped for all you need for your stay.
