“Never again will I book a pet friendly property”
The fact that it was pet friendly. I had no idea that we would be breathing in cats spray every night and looking at disgusting stains on the bedroom carpet. I had to spray perfume on my pillow and sheets to try and get to sleep it was truly unbearable.
