I checked in on the 1st of September and left on the 2nd because I am not satisfied with everything in the hotel. I am yet to get my refund for the remaining two nights that I didn't spend. Four points by Sheraton said my refund will be through Booking.com I'm yet to get any refund from Booking.com or Four Points by Sheraton

The rooms were not clean. I changed rooms twice. When we live in a pandemic the cleanliness should be priority.
