Breakfast? Advertise breakfast. But all they had was warm yogurt and a breakfast bar in a paper bag that you had to ask for at the front desk.

“I had difficulty with my phone confirming the motel bookg, and I always pay them.”
the room was neat and clean, But there was a strong odor of pet smell, in which I should have told the manager, but I went to the store and got carpet fresh, and air freshener. because it would have been a third room change! Room 215 to room 223.. Room 215 heater wasnt working right. so I was moved to room 223, that had the pet smell.

“I didn’t I left because the place was disgusting”
I didn’t stay at this property after arriving in the evening and seeing how disgusting the facility was. I demanded a refund and there were several other patrons in the lobby doing the same. This place was disgusting, filthy and smelled!

The info on this Properties website which listed “breakfast” included, was sorely lacking! Guests making reservation through booking.com are not being made aware that the so-called breakfast is basically a to go brown bag with just a couple of items in it, no hot breakfast buffet etc.! Due to this egregious and misleading info on part of the Days Inn, in the future the management needs to be very clear but what they’re posting regarding this hotel and it’s so-called amenities.

The rooms need to be remodeled. The carpet needs to be removed. The water pressure was very low nd dissatisfying.
