I stayed in room 334, and there were cockroaches everywhere in the room. It was very unpleasant and unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed with the hygiene and cleanliness. I request that you take immediate action to fix this issue and also provide compensation or a refund for this stay, as the conditions were not suitable for guests. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.

I have a story to tell. Proper name would be a nicotine hotel. Definitely bad for health to stay there. But the necotine walls, towels is not the worst.

The place is disgusting I paid for the reservation but I didn't stay in the room the bathroom floor had holes, a very bad smell, the walls were dirty and the smell in the room was unbearable, and the blankets had burnt holes and holes

“I have never felt more unsafe and shocked at the fact that I was charged for this room.”
Nothing. This was awful. It should not be offered to people. I felt very unsafe, the room was filthy. There were bugs crawling on the walls. The floor was so dirty I walked on a towel and the towel was black. The linens had cigarette burns in them. There was kids writing on the walls. The heater had pieces of pizza and food inside the grate. The staff was extremely rude. I would pay money to not stay at this place.
