location was impossible to find as it signage was very poor. it had another name which was blacked out and a temporary fabric sign on side of the road. both us and our Uber overshot it on arrival . When I mentioned it to the staff they completely ignored me . Breakfast non existant

Not a thing. The room was filthy the bathroom floor was so sticky from being pissed on and not mopped. I thought I was staying in a tent with dirt floors. We had to invest $100.00 + in cleaning supplies in order to stay. We could not get reservations elsewhere it was too late. We had to sanitize our beds with lysol linden spray. The bed speeds were the dirtiest I ever saw in my 67 years including 20 years in the Army. Mad2 me dream of the tents I stayed in while in Germany and the deserts. We were supposed to get a handicap accessible room with safety bars in the bathroom and bath tub. I nearly killed my self the first time I tried to take a shower the tub was extremely slippery. On Sunday I twisted my right knee so bad I spent the night in the Emergency Room of The Brooke Army Medical Center on Fort Sam Houston Army Base. At least being retired Army I did not have any Emergency hospital bills except for a knee brace. My right knee was nearly 3 times normal. The only redeeming thing is the hotel had a good ice machine for ice packs. The Army gave me narcotic pain pills and massive anti-inflammatory drugs and since Sunday night I have spent all but an hour each day in bed but stuck in this trash can of a room. My son at least has gotten out daily to be with his girlfriend and family. SincebI am in bed so much and eating in the room 3 times a day as well as sound asleep from tge drugs I miss house keeping in the mornings. My son sets our room trash in the hallway about noon for the hotel staff to carry out. We have already sanitized one set of bedding each and bought our own towels I really don't want to sanitize anything else they can offer. Today about 4:30 one of the hotel staff maybe owner judging by his age was banging so hard on my doorbI had to get up. He proceeded to throw our trash cans and trash into our room telling me not to put in the hallway. Never any where I have stayed in a hotel did the owner throw trash in my room.

The appliances in the room worked and the air conditioner worked well. The bed mattress was semi comfortable
