“Cheap, great location and breakfast”
Great location. Took a little to work out how to get the key then to try to work out where the apartment was. Once we did that it all seemed to work. Great inside and big space for 5 of us. Very cheap accommodation in Europe.

“Nice place but”
Host was communicative and pleasent and the place was nice , relatively similar to pictures. The beds were very big and the space itself was large as well with nice views to the street in a central part of town. The big bonus is the Cafe downstairs that offers am amazing space for kids to play and a great atmosphere, too bad it's not open on afternoons as well.

“Spacious and comfy apartment”
I like the interior, so natural and boho style, also how clean and new everything was. I like the big, comfy beds and all of these big cushions. Very spacious and relaxing place. The coffee Zion, same building, served amazing breakfast and drinks. The interior is also related to the apartments- natural vibes, the playground area for the kids is 10 of 10.

Everything modern and clean. Didn’t use it but useful to have washing machine. Free parking a bonus, good location if going to Koblenz. Easy to use key drop.

Long way to the apartments, inside and outside the building, up and down the stairs, no lift. Dirty dishes. Fake plants. No shelf in the shower. Everything looks so cheap. You are supposed to prepare the bed yourself but the check out checklist (only in German and Dutch) asks you to 1) take off sheets and pillowcases, 2) empty the dishwasher 3) sweep/vacuum the floor (although there is no broom and no vacuum cleaner); given the OUTREGEOUS cost of the apartment the service they provide is really poor.

“Hospitality at its absolute finest! Such a blessing!”
This property was definitely a gift from God! We were in Neuwied due to a medical emergency with our daughter and had to book a place to stay quickly. We are still shocked by how fantastic this place was!!! Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The ZION Cafe is top notch and the staff are very attentive. The Cafe is stunning! Breakfast was so much more than we expected. In fact, everything at this property was more than we expected! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. The people here truly understand Kingdom hospitality! We are honored to have had this experience and blessed to have met the people at ZION!
