Overview
The 19th-century Hotel Garni Schlossgarten offers rooms with classic Biedermeier decor. It stands beside the Neustrelitz Zoo, a 10-minute walk from Neustrelitz Train Station and the Zierker See lake. Built in 1820 as a manor house, the Hotel Garni Schlossgarten today provides rooms with TVs and desks. En suite bathrooms are standard and a hairdryer is provided in each. Breakfast buffets are served in the Schlossgarten’s restaurant. In warm weather, guests can experience al fresco dining and eat on the peaceful garden terrace.

Very cute and comfortable hotel in Neustrelitz. Exceptional staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. No minibar in the room but there is a fridge with drinks on the hallway with reasonable prices, and a fridge to store your food. Beautiful garden, parking, no elevator. I can only recommend it. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night, the town and its surroundings are definitely worth a longer stay.

“Cute Hotel close to the Schlossgarten and Landestheater.”
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were a bit dated but it added to the charm. All in all, a very cute and comfortable hotel in Neustrelitz.

“A quaint, beautiful boutique hotel.”
We visited Neustrelitz from Canada. We were welcomed and assisted in locating areas of interest. Location was perfect for walking all over town and to the lakes. The morning breakfast was delightful in the quaint breakfast room. We enjoyed a beer in the lovely back garden. Parking was easy on the property, ( with a charge), with 4 spots available on the street.

“A quiet oasis in a picturesque town.”
Breakfast was very good…lots to choose from. The garden was really lovely. Location perfect for walking around the sites. Staff was mostly very friendly and some even spoke English😊

“Traditional Hotel”
A traditional hotel with high standards of cleanliness, staff efficiency, and guest care. It nestles in the centre of town, yet has dedicated parking in a courtyard. Buffet breakfast was fresh, but dinner needs to be sourced elsewhere.

“Lovely, clean, well-appointed hotel in Neustrelitz.”
The dining room was very light and pleasant, with no queuing. The buffet breakfast was fresh and varied. Ample coffee or tea made to order.

“Peaceful, relaxing stay in lovely Neustrelitz hotel.”
The hotel was very well kept, clean and welcoming. It had a lovely garden for guests to use and on-site parking. The breakfast was a small buffet with very fresh food that was regularly replenished. The hotel was close to a large lake with many flat cycling opportunities.
