The room was comfortable, the hosts were very nice, and the breakfast was very good. The neighbourhood is gorgeous. There's a stream next door, a park quite close, and the mountains look great. There's a Spar 10 minutes away on foot.

I had the single room which was quite spacious. Comfortable bed and the shower was perfect. Breakfast was a pleasure, sitting at the table with a perfect view of the mountains opposite. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

The owners are wonderful people, very polite, very warm and inviting. The property was also very good, warm and with wonderful views. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk, 30 mins from stubai on the 590 buses. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

I stayed in a single room, probably best single room in alps I ever had. I think there was a mini bar. Although situated by the entrance in the ground floor/partly sub-terrain, it didn’t feel claustrophobic nor was it loud.

“A beautiful pension in the heart of the Stubai Valley”

Choosing Pension Tina as accomodation for ski holiday in the Stubai Valley was a very good idea as it is conveniently located in Neder, 2 km from Neustift im Stubaital, the capital of the region, and less than 10 km from Schönberg im Stubaital, from which the Brenner Motorway connecting Austria and Italy through the Brenner Pass can be accessed. There is a bus stop in a 150 m distance (a 2 min walk) from the property. By frequently operating buses and skibuses both the Stubai Glacier cable car's bottom station (almost 20 km, 35 min by bus) as well as Innsbruck (about 25 km, 40 min by bus), the capital of Tyrol, can be reached. Pension Tina is situated just on the right side of the main road from Schönberg im Stubaital to the Stubai Glacier cable car's bottom station. The property's owners, Mrs. Kreszenz and Mr. Otto, are very nice, friendly and do their best to make you feel you are a very special guest. They assisted me in all my little needs, responded all my questions and provided with an abundance of information regarding the Stubai Valley. My room (number 1) was located on the ground floor, was spacious, had a comfortable bed, a bathroom, a desk, a wardrobe, a safe, a fridge and a TV with satellite channels. Everything was very clean. Hot water (remember to use a temperature controller to set a desired temperature up!) was available whenever I needed it, even after midnight. I did feel in that cozy place very, very well. A seven-day stay passed so quickly... The free of charge car park in front of the pension offers 6 places. The WiFi signal was very strong and stable in my room. Buffet style breakfasts in a sunny dining room with a nice view were very tasty - with Mrs. Kreszenz's and Mr. Otto's service I did feel like at a restaurant. There is also a ski and snowboard storage room on the ground floor.

It was warm, comfortable and peaceful. Easy to find and well placed for the bus to the ski slopes. The single and double room configuration was ideal for our family

“A lovely place to stay”

A very comfortable stay with very friendly hosts. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel has a parking and is close to a shop and petrol stations. There was also a nice place for me to jog or take a hike. Hosts were helpful and lovely, overall it was a very positive stay.

Good facilities located close to Neustift and excellent value for money.
