“Amazing stay in the mountains”

The hotel exceeded our expectations by far. First of all, the location was perfect We travelled to Stubai Tal, this time mainly for hiking, doing small walks. We could find many nice hiking spots near the hotel. Also if you come here for skiing, it is very easy to get to Stubai Gletscher. The facilities were very nice, we really enjoyed the outdoor pool. Sauna was also nice when there are not so many people. The pool and the resting area, was fairly large so we could always find spot. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The food was exceptional, also we really enjoyed the afternoon cake and coffee hour. They had many options to select from. The stuff were very friendly. Overall we loved our stay, we will definitely come back.

“A perfect stay that exceeded all our expectation”

We had a truly exceptional stay at Hotel Stubaierhof in Neustift. From the moment we arrived, everything was arranged perfectly. The hotel even organized a shuttle from the airport (for a small fee), which made our arrival very smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the incredible level of hospitality. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help with any question or request. After I had a fall and my knee became swollen, they helped by arranging ice and even provided a remedy for the swelling. When we left, they kindly gave us a full bottle of it to take with us, such a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much they care about their guests. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of choices, and the coffees were excellent. Every evening we enjoyed a truly extensive and beautifully prepared dinner. We also loved the wellness area. The facilities were excellent, and the heated outdoor pool in particular was absolutely wonderful, relaxing there while surrounded by the mountains was unforgettable. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our visit. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Stubaierhof and would love to return in the future.

Everything the staff were lovely the food was lovely the room was great and always kept tidy. Honestly you could not ask for more, brilliant facilities as well a great place to relax after a ski session. It was a really good experience and I can't wait to go back

“Relaxing skiing trip”

Great location near the center of Neustift, with a skibus stop nearby. The dinner with half-board was an amazing experience every night, with locally sourced ingredients. The wellness area is quite large, there's an indoor and outdoor pool which is just great.

“An Outstanding Holiday In The Stunning Stubai Valley”

A beautiful family owned and run hotel, very friendly/helpful/informative staff, very clean and well looked after property. Food excellent and a different menu everyday we were there (2 weeks). Cakes, Desserts & Soup available every afternoon between 3pm-5pm (unfortunately tea or coffee not included). The family also own & run the Innsbrucker Alpine Hutte at 2,369m up in the mountains at the foot of the Habicht mountain, they offer one night free stay here, accommodation is basic but it was a wonderful experience accompanied with excellent food & hospitality. I want to express my special thanks to Receptionists Viktoria & Andrea for their warmth, smiles, interaction & helpfulness. To Phillipe for his welcoming attitude, always grinning, easy to talk to and extremely interactive, thanks Phillipe also a mention to Thomas & Rade & the other waiting on staff for their warm friendliness & attentiveness & last but not least, the young lady who cleaned our room everyday and set-up the cups & saucers, thank you so much you're all a shining example and a great asset to the hotel who should be very proud to have you under their wings.

“Fantastic Christmasholiday in Stubaierhof”

Great hotel, lovely people working there, super facilities, beautiful room, super good food (both breakfast and dinner in halfboard + Apfelstrudel in the afternoon). Super dog-friendly. Very nice dog-walk possibilities right out of the hotel.
