Overview
The typical Tyrolean-style Haus Waldesruh enjoys a quiet location in the Stubai Valley 3 km south of Neustift and offers you en-suite rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi. The ski bus stops on site and leaves every 10 minutes. All units come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a separate ski storage room with a boot dryer on site. Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment every morning and within a 5-minute walk you can reach the nearest restaurant. The floodlit Sonnenberglift for beginners can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and you can start cross-country skiing right from Haus Waldesruh. Haus Waldesruh is surrounded by a large garden, where you can sunbathe, play table tennis and children can have fun on the playground. A bathing lake is a 5-minute walk away. The Stubai Super Summer Card is included in the rate from end of May to mid-October. It offers free access to local cable cars, swimming pools, and public transport from and to Innsbruck, as well as discounts and benefits in the region.

“Exceptional stay – highly recommended”
The accommodation was extremely clean, quiet, and very well thought out. The rooms had everything you could possibly need, and everything felt practical and comfortable. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent: the bus stop in both directions is right next to the accommodation, and a supermarket is just a couple of minutes away. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can enjoy a beautiful path along the river, surrounded by stunning mountains – a perfect place to relax after skiing. The ski lift to the Stubaier Gletscher can be reached in about 20 minutes. We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly clean apartment. Fully furnished kitchen with whole the facilities. Very friendly and polite staff. Private parking and lots of things to do and visit even if you don't have a car. The bus station is just at the door.

“Perfect”
Our second time in Haus Waldesruh and it was perfect again. Silvia is a nice host and makes you feel very welcome. The apartment is cozy, spacious, quiet, clean and the kitchen si well-equipped. The price is reasonable. Ski-bus stop is just in front of the house.

The location is amazing, 5 mins away from Neustift and 15 mins away from the glacier, rooms are huge and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you need to make it a pleasant stay. We’ll be back, for sure

Great owner ! Very kind and helpfull. Beautiful area, in the middle of the all (4) ski districts. You can go for shopping by foot (spar). Ski Bus pickup people in front of the hause. Big parking ! Honest price !

“Recommended”
The accommodation was clean, quiet, comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchenette. The host Silvia was very nice and welcoming. The house is in a walking distance of a supermarket and restaurant. There´s a free parking space next to the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, cozy room, with a full working kitchen. Parking right next to it and the bus to go skiing at 50 meters. Was perfekt for our stay.
