Overview
In a quiet location 2 km from the centre of Neustift in the Stubai Valley, Haus Rosmarie offers a sauna and a garden with a sun terrace. All rooms and apartments offer free internet access and a balcony overlooking the Stubai Alps. The Alpine-style accommodation units feature satellite TV and a bathroom. Haus Rosmarie’s apartments also include a kitchenette. A large breakfast buffet is available every morning for guests of the rooms. A playground and indoor playroom are provided for children. Guests can play table tennis and use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Free private parking is available on site. Hiking and mountain bike trails, toboggan runs, and cross-country ski runs start right outside the property. The public indoor and outdoor pools in Neustift can be used free of charge by guests. The Schlick 2000 and Elfer Ski Area are within a 15-minute drive, and the Stubai Glacier is 30 minutes away. The free ski bus stops 150 metres away. From June to mid-October, the Stubai-Super-Summer Guest Card is included in the rate. It features free public transport to and from Innsbruck and free access to local swimming pools and cable cars, as well as other discounts and benefits in the region.

Very bright and spacious accommodation in a quiet location with beautiful views of the mountains – there was absolute silence both at night and during the day. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The apartment is super clean and perfectly equipped, there is really nothing missing, the owner thought of every detail to make the guests´ stay comfortable. There is a ski room with electric dryer for ski boots, sauna and relax room, playroom for children. Bread service is available if you want to make your own breakfast. Very nice owner, welcome cookies were a nice surprise.
