The centre of Neustift im Stubaital with numerous shops and restaurants and an outdoor swimming pool is 6 km away. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the Mischbach waterfall. Various hiking and mountain biking paths start right from the Larcher guest house. The Klausäuele leisure area with a natural lake and a playground is 3 km away.

“Amazing apartment in the Stubai Valley”
Amazing accommodation in the Stubai Valley. 12km from the bottom station of the cable car to Stubaier Gletcher. Fully furnished apartment for 4 people with beautiful mountain views. Bus stop and cross-country ski trail within walking distance. Very friendly hosts who try to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Possibility to order fresh bakery products with delivery every morning.

Absolutely amazing view from garden. Also equipment of apartment was really great and better than on 99% of apartments. Heated floor in bathroom is a great bonus. Quiet and peacefull place.
