Overlooking the Stubai Valley and set on a hillside above the village, Haus Fernblick is 700 metres from the Elfer Ski Lift and 1 km from the centre of Neustift. It offers an infrared cabin and free WiFi. Featuring bright wooden furniture, the rooms offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Most of the rooms offer a balcony. The daily breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit. The Fernblick’s garden includes a sun terrace and a children’s playground. Guests can play table tennis and use a ski storage room. Free private parking is available on site. Guests enjoy free admission to Neustift’s public indoor pool and the property offers a free shuttle to the next bus stop. The Stubai Glacier is 18 km away.

“Nice stay with great views across the valley”
A modern, clean Alpine apartment with a great view across the Stubaital valley. Dog friendly owners welcomed our 2 mid-sized dogs. (11&15kg) - Fantastic.

“A short holidays for skiing”
Friendly and helpful owner, nice view, walking distance from Neustift city center, clean and warm place. Parking lot in front of the Haus. We have enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely amazing. Nothing else to add. Private parking, perfect breakfast, so warmly approach of an owner, room big enough, equipped perfectly well, nice balcony a beautiful view. Located on the hill above the village, so it´s super calm. Strongly recommended.

Great location with fantastic views, quiet and yet close enough to all of the amenities. The apartment it self was very spacious and well planned, we had everything we could possibly need. Travel to and from the main town can be done via taxi coupons that are provided on arrival. The main glacier can be accessed via a free bus from the town centre - it takes approximately 30 minutes to get there.

“A perfect holiday and we recommend by heart to all Haus Fernblick”
Breakfast was delicious with many homemade dishes prepared by our host lady especially elderberry jam The room is very clean and decorated with good taste, like all the rooms. Our host cleaned the room every day and arranged it nicely. Nice view to the mountains and to the city There is a special room for ski equipment Quiet area with easy access to the city center. I had free access to the swimming pool in the city center included as being guests at Haus Fernblick Our host recommended us where to go skiing but also nearby areas to visit from nearby and from Italy too. Thank you by heart for making for us a pleasant stay to your house.
