Overview
The homely Haus Zyka is situated 200 metres from the centre of Neustift. The free ski bus stops right in front of the house and takes 10 minute to reach the Schlick 2000 Ski Resort. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Each of the self-catering apartments at the Ferienwohnung Haus Zyka is equipped with modern cooking facilities and bathrooms. Some also have their own private balcony. Guests can stock up on necessities 200 metres from the house, and make use of the barbecue facilities provided. Freshly baked bread rolls are delivered on request. Popular outdoor activities include exploring the Stubaier Glacier, located a 20-minute bus drive away. The Elferlift Hill, 300 metres away, offers skiing and toboggan rides in winter, and paragliding in summer. On-site parking is provided free of charge. An indoor and outdoor swimming pool is found 400 metres from the apartments.

“Perfect for skiers”
It was perfect for skiing trip - its in the heart of the town, bus stop is literally next door. The apartment was really comfortable and the host is amazing! Totally recommend:)

A perfect place - in the same center, A fuel station and car wash behind a corner, Billa 300 m, another food shop 100 m , skibusstop 50 m, very short intervals between skibuses - 10-15 min. Good parking.
