In winter, a ski bus stops 150 metres from the building and provides connections to the Elferlifte Neustift Ski Area, the Schlick 2000 Ski Area and to the Stubai Glacier. In summer, a public swimming lake and a large children’s playground are 500 meters away.

Perfect location, quiet, next to the waterfall, lots of hiking trails nearby, the apartment was exceptionally clean, hosts were very friendly and helpful.
