Overview
Located in the village of Milders near Neustift in the Stubai Valley,Art-Apartments Kartnaller superior offers apartments with a balcony and mountain views. The Stubai Glacier is 15 km away. Free public transportation from Innsbruck to the property (and back) is possible upon prior request. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, a seating area, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, a mini oven, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. Some apartments (3, 4 and 5) at Art-Apartments Kartnaller superior can be reached by elevator. Fresh bread rolls are delivered to the apartments every day. For children, the family-friendly apartments offer high chairs, baby cots, and cutlery for children, and there is furthermore a children’s play corner with games, toys and books. Furthermore, in summer, a special children’s programme and several activities are also offered. The sauna can be exclusively booked by guests for private use. E-bikes can be rented as well summer (subject to availability). Restaurants and a supermarket are 250 metres away. On request and upon availability, a covered private car park is available free of charge. Innsbruck is only 20 km away. A cross-country ski run is directly opposite Art-Apartments Kartnaller superior, and an illuminated toboggan run is 2 km away. The free ski bus to all nearby ski areas stops 50 metres from the Kartnaller Gästehaus. Many hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby, and free mountain bike maps are available. From July to September, the property offers e-bikes for rent. From June to mid-October, the Stubai-Super-Summer Guest Card is included in the rate. It features free public transport to and from Innsbruck and free access to local swimming pools and cable cars, as well as other discounts and benefits in the region. In winter, guests receive discounts on ski lessons, on public indoor pools, the entrance to the ice caves at the Stubai Glacier and much more.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The rooms were beautiful, cozy, and very quiet, which made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome and well taken care of. The location is excellent, especially for ski lovers, as it is close to the glacier. After a long day of skiing, the sauna was absolutely perfect — a great way to unwind and recharge. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

The place - Stubaitall is execelent. Amazing.... We received the Stubai super card for the accommodation, so we had many benefits, including the cable cars. The apartment was small but cozy, very pleasant.... nice balkony....

“A unique place where you can relax”
Super comfortable brand new apartment smelling fresh. Everywhere is clean, to keep it that way, you have to change your shoes. There is garbage segregation to save the environment. In the event of a failure, vacuum cleaner is available. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a set of all cleaning supplies (sponges, cloths, cleaning brush, coffee filters...). There is a fridge, microware, 2 type of coffee machines and an oven. A little minus is the small number of channels on the TV, but people come here to relax and cut themselves off from TV (that's why I don't put it in the minuses!!!). The bed is very comfortable and we sleep great! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like at home. Bathroom with a shower, great towels, lots of shelves, a fancy hair dryer, and a cool illuminated mirror. The view from the windows is on the mountains and pastures and you can hear the birds singing. A few steps to the ski bus (2 ways!). 5 minutes to the Spar store. Recommendations: it's worth renting a ski box on the glacier - you don't have to carry all the equipment - hands free!!! Take the tram trip from Fulpmes to Innsbruck for the beautiful views. The owner, Melanie, is very nice, always ready to help and give advice. She is very well organized and has a soul and artistic sense, which can be see and admire in the interior decorations. We will gladly come back here again. Many thanks for great time. See you again!

Very close to the bus station, which we didnt use, we prefered our own car. Nice view, quiet during the night, easy acces to the street and parking with a key locked elevator. The apartment was very clean and equiped with everything we needed. The hosts were very nice, they gave us lots of tips and were responsive with our needs.

Very modern amazing clean place with pleasant owners and nice view to the mountains. Sauna, ski room, ski boots room, very nice paintings all around and woodem furniture. Bathroom with radio 😉
