Great location and great apartment for two

The host was great – very friendly and helpful. She solved everything we needed very quickly and communication was smooth the whole time. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Nearby, couple of great restaurants.

“Great for visiting the Stubai Valley”

Great refurbished apartment with comfy bed and kitchenette. Wellness area was very new and clean. Breakfast was well worth adding on too. Location is perfect for getting to the glacier as the bus stop is only 2 minutes away, for a 20 ish minute journey, and 45 min (1 journey with passes from host) free bus ride to and from Innsbruck. Finally the host could not be more friendly and helpful before and during my stay!

The style of the hotel is modern but cozy, the owner is amazing. The apartments have everything you may need, have big windows and a fantastic shower. The wellness area is also available to relax a bit after a sporty day!

Very friendly staff helping very quickly with any request you may have. There is a great sauna area down and our room had also own steam bath. The view to the small close slope that is open on Friday and Saturday late evening until 22:00 is amazing. I was with an electrical car, and there are 5 x 22kW public chargers at walking distance, and you can charge the car over night, as the extra time charging will apply only after 12 hours.

Very comfortable beds and the lift is beneficial. Also, ski cellar for drying boots and skis. The owner is very nice and helpful, and her English is perfect.

The room was spotless and fully quipped with a small kitchenette. The place is near the bus stop (3 minutes by foot, the bus goes directly to Innsbruck or one can reach various trailheads), but also quiet. Stubai supercard is included for the duration of stay. The owner is very friendly.

Our week at Simone's apartment in the Stubai Valley was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was just as described—spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we could need. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to all the main attractions in the area. What truly made our stay special was Simone herself. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, offering invaluable tips on the best hiking trails, local restaurants, and attractions in the valley. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Stubai!

Newly renovated, modern, super clean, largest bathroom I've ever seen. The owner was really helpful with our late arrival.

The appartments were newly reconstructed, all the equipment and furniture bright new. All the place was spotlessly clean👍! The location is very good for getting to the Stubaier Gletscher. There is a little slope with a lift just next to the appartments which are operated also on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7pm till 10pm👍!
