Very clean, recently renovated, full kitchen with all the basics - salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dish washer and eggs. Also special welcome drinks ( many many of them ), Easter eggs for our stay as we stayed over Easter, granola, coffee pods… storage for skis, ski boots heater, best balcony view !

“A rare gem - beautiful, peaceful and unforgettable”

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely exceptional. The interior design is beautiful, and the attention to detail is truly outstanding - every element has been carefully thought through. We were welcomed with lovely surprises and small gifts that made us feel special. The apartment smells wonderful, and all cosmetics and amenities are ecological and of the highest quality. You can clearly see how much care and heart the hosts put into creating this place. Everything is perfectly prepared and maintained. The location is stunning - surrounded by forest with beautiful mountain views, yet very close to the Stubai ski area, which makes it perfect both for relaxation and active holidays. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. This is truly an ideal place to stay and one of the best accommodations we have ever experienced. Highly recommended!

“Impressive”

This is truly one of the most modern and beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in. It offers absolutely everything you need – just like home. The apartment where we stayed has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you could possibly need, except a washing machine. For skiing, there is a technical room with a heated boot dryer and ski storage, which was extremely convenient. The large refrigerator was stocked with soft drinks, a bottle of Prosecco, and fresh eggs – such a thoughtful and generous welcome. The hosts are more than kind and welcoming. One day they even brought us fresh donuts, and they constantly checked if we needed anything. During our stay (14–21 February 2026), it snowed continuously, but the road leading to the chalet was always cleared. We never had to use snow chains, which was impressive. There is also private parking available. Although the apartment is designed for 4 people, we brought two additional children, and for a small extra fee, the hosts kindly allowed us to stay with a larger group. We highly recommend this property from every point of view. All essential facilities are nearby, and the overall experience was simply excellent.

We spent a few days at a beautiful, modern and clean apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the fridge was stocked with drinks. They also provided coffee, tea, granola, honey, eggs, and more, which was a nice touch. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and parking was right by the building, super convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place and send warm greetings to Matthias and Sabrina :)

This apartment and its location are truly what we were searching for on our mountain trip in Austria. The best ski resort is just a 20-minute drive from the apartment, and everything is very well-organized in the region. Shops, ski rentals, and ski lifts are easy to find, and the services are fantastic. Innsbruck is also very close to go for a little sightseeing. The apartment is equipped with premium devices and accessories, and the panorama from the apartment is nothing short of a little miracle. Furthermore, we were able to see roe deer almost every day, nearly every time we looked through the side window. The hosts helped us with many things and offered superb advice and gifts. This is what we call hospitality at its highest level. They exceeded the service of concierges in a 5-star hotel. It's sure that we want to come back! :)

Beautiful apartment, and wonderful hosts!!! Everything is new and clean. I’m very happy that we found and chose this option. What I’d like to highlight the most: 1. The apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. Starting from the scented sticks, flowers on the table, and ending with the hairdryer with a diffuser, delicious treats and the whole collection of teas 🥹 2. New cotton sheets and comfortable pillows. 3. Functional kitchen. It has literally everything for cooking. Not only are there appliances, pots, pans, etc, there are even spices and oil. 4. A big plus is the dishwasher. 5. Special thanks for the consumables. Dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and so on. 6. Super convenient that there were two bedrooms, each with the shower. 7. It has a balcony with an amazing view, a sit and a table. Overall, it was even better than we expected:) Matthias and Sabrina, thank you so much for helping with the luggage and for the treats, for your warmth and attention. All the best! “Cozy and lavish apartment with a lovely host”

The apartment was in mint condition, just having been tastefully renovated. Matthias is an attentive, responsive and responsible host who checked in regularly and even surprised us with some sweet delights and a gently stocked fridge – which was greatly appreciated on our arrival after a long drive. The location is just off the hustle and bustle but gets you to anywhere inside the Stubai valley within minutes.

Absolutely loved our time at Apartments Riese! Sabrina&Matthias were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us out when we had a little accident. We appreciate your kindness ❤️ The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed, plus the balcony view was stunning! This place was perfectly prepared - thank you! And talk about a warm welcome – the sweet welcome gifts – such a lovely touch that made us feel instantly welcomed. Can’t wait to return for another stay! 10/10!

Lovely place with absolutely unique atmosphere. The apartment is nicely furnished in modern style which makes it very stylish and cosy place. In the kitchen you will find aromatic coffee (served from a coffee machine), tea and olive oil, and in the bathroom all hygenic stuff you need. The level care was outstanding which gave me a feeling of comfort, warmth and relaxation. I have been many times in Stubaital but this place is the nicest of all. I recommend it with all my heart ❤️
