The facility is very spacious, yet cosy, modern and clean. It was equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a group stay. It's located in a quiet area, yet with ski bus stops and shops within a short walking distance. Wonderful, caring hosts. Spacious ski storage room inside the apartment equipped with dryers. Great place to take large family to - which I am going to do next time I travel to Stubai.

Very convenient location. The apartment is in a newly built building, spacious rooms, very modern, fully equipped. The host family is really nice.

It’s more of a villa than an apartment - spacious, tastefully designed, and well-equipped. Three bedrooms, each with a TV and a large bed. We’ve traveled a lot around Europe, but we’ve never seen a place like this. Three floors with three toilets and two showers. There’s even a ski boot warmer! The hosts are an amazing couple, so kind, and they thought of every single detail. They even arranged a local visitor card for us, giving discounts for transport and attractions. We’ve just arrived and already feel so welcome. Thank you, Magdalena and Hubert! Highly recommended—an unforgettable stay!

Beautifully clean property. A reasonably new build set with views overlooking the meadow.. The accommodation was very comfortable and suited us as a family of 6 There is a spar supermarket just down the road and a bus stop conveniently situated at the top of the drive. The owners were helpful and offered a bakery delivery service each morning. We would define!y recommend and would love to stay again.

“A stylish and superbly equipped house.”

Everything was great. The house is perfectly equipped and everything is new, stylish and clean. We really appreciated the heaters for the ski boots and a TV with Netflix and Air Play - we were able to stream our own content from the phones. Plenty of space and comfort. The owners are very friendly, nice and helpful. We stayed for New Year's Eve and they offered us a bottle of champagne and some chocolates. For the departure a bottle of a local spirit. And when they found headphones that I left in the room, they immediately sent them to me. Perfect. We did not use the closest ski slopes, we traveled around 20 minutes to Schlick 2000 or a little longer to Stubai Gletscher. Both of the resorts are good. The transport is never very pleasant but it is normal in Austria. The house really compensated for the distance to the major ski stations. And I am sure that the accommodation is perfect in the summer also. Would definitely recommend it.

The accommodation was great, with delivery of fresh bread each morning. Very clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Very helpful and welcoming owner.

Amazing brand new house. Very good equipped kitchen with high-quality kitchenware. Comfortable bed. Nice mountain view from bedroom and balcony. Very warm and modern house. Welcoming owner. Bus station just in front of the house. Will be back there with pleasure.
