extremelly friendly staff, such a nice welcoming, I felt pamperred, nothing was a problem. The owners really care of guests feeling well. And the breakfast is unbelievable for such a small hotel, all fresh, nicelly served with love - you feel it

Family run apartments. Room was very clean. Bedsheets are new and fresh. We were lucky and got just Amazing view from the room. Private parking, good wifi. Host gave us Sutbai Guest Cards which is a huge plus. In front of a house there is a restaurant

Breakfast was superb, very tasty and lots of choice. The room was perfect size with the balcony and lovely views on the mountains. Very nice location, ski bus just outside the house, not too far from the centre with the variety of restaurants and a supermarket. Lovely and welcoming owners.

Very friendly hosts who did their very best for us as guest to feel welcome and enjoy our holiday. The location is good just in between Neustift and Milders, next to a bus stop, which makes transport to the ski lifts and Innsbruck super easy. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and various. The room was spacious enough and had a balcony. The room was nice and the bathroom was in very good condition. Free WIFI with great speed.

Although a little out of town there is a bus stop literally right outside and the bus (590b) is very regular and reliable every 15-30 mins going up the valley to ski area or into town so no need to have a vehicle. The room was great with mountain views (advantage to location) and having the little kitchen is very useful when staying for more than a few days compared to a standard hotel room. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was great.

It was my first trip to the Alps and I'm glad I chose to stay at this hotel! The hotel has a very convenient location with two bus stops just next to it. It took me about 20-25 minutes to get to both Stubaier Gletscher and Schlick 2000 by a ski bus. The hotel is very cozy and cute, they serve delicious breakfasts. My room was also cozy and warm, with very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. Overall, I was happy with my choice and grateful for the hospitality of the owners!

“Valllue for money accomodation”

This was the second time I stayed at this pension. I stayed again in February 2019. It is located on the main road to the Stubai Glacier ski area, the bus stop is 50m away and the ski bus is free. This time I was allocated room number 12 on the second floor. A nice room for one person, warm, with good soundproofing and very clean.It also has a small balcony, but it doesn't have a good view, but it's not bad either!The owners are very friendly and welcoming.Breakfast is served in a nice room on the ground floor and is very good, almost nothing is missing and there is no limit to the amount that one can eat.In the basement there is a place to leave the ski boots and a dryer for the boots, also you had tools if you want to adjust the bindings or any repair to your boots.The village of Neustift is about 2km from the site and the road is safe for pedestrians, and of course there is the option of the bus that takes you to the surrounding villages for free with the card that the region gives to anyone staying in accommodation.The wifi signal is excellent, both in speed and stability.
