Good price and space, but the photos are misleading The hotel has some clear advantages: a good price, spacious rooms, a convenient parking spot, and a kitchenette equipped with utensils. ​However, we were disappointed because the provided photos did not reflect reality. Some furniture shown in the pictures (like an armchair) was missing from the room, and there was no shower screen in the bathroom, which made using it quite inconvenient. Cleanliness was also an issue—the carpet was dirty and the walls were stained. The place has great potential, but it severely lacks proper maintenance and an honest representation online.

We were travelling long distance and arriving at the room was a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, modern with friendly staff. My husband appreciated a coffee machine. I loved crisp, white linen and the shower was fabulous. We slept like teenagers. They have a 12 noon check out which allowed for a relaxed morning. They have a sink and the fridge which is really handy for long distance travellers. They gave us a free car parking but we had to sign onto their rewards scheme to get it. We will be back hopefully for longer so that we can visit the area

The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out effortless. The outdoor seating area was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient for exploring Augsburg. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

“Lovely stay and attentive staff”

As a location to visit the city of Augsburg it was a little far out but the hotel itself was excellent. Guests should be aware that there are two hotels at the same site, both run by the same company. We were at the Suites part which also had a very useful kitchen area that suited our needs. The hotel part was also very nice indeed but you do need to be aware which part you are booking. It was very busy and we had to wait half an hour to book in as there was a Trade fare in Munich and most of the rooms were being taken by those who could find no accommodation there. It is very close to the motorway so a useful option for the trade fair delegates. Once we were seen it was very efficient as we had pre-booked.

The rooms in this hotel were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom facilities were new and luxurious. Very comfortable beds. The location of this hotel is further from the city but incredibly quiet and pleasant. Sitting on the terrace in the evening is refreshing, because there is a lot of greenery. The breakfast was very tasty and with a wide selection.

Friendly check-in lady, amazing new property, very clean and tidy. Rooms are perfect with small kitchenette, safe, kettle & microwave. Very comfy beds. Bar was serving some small meals & there was a self service shop in the lobby. Breakfast was great with staff also very efficient and friendly. Lots of variety. We will be back for sure next time we are passing through Germany.

Beautiful building with gorgeous designed interiors and furniture. The breakfast buffet is sublime with great variety and exceptional taste. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived home late on a day that happened to be my birthday, I found a gift tile with some snacks and a drink in front of my door, this was amazing and left a great impression.
