Clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, just a bit outdated. There is a nice breakfast and you can park your car in their garage for a small price. Good location close to the center of Neuquen.

“Fabulous. Highly recommend.”
The best thing about my stay, over and above the excellent facilities was the manager Giovanna Obernauer. I needed to report a theft so that I could claim on my insurance when back home and she recorded my description of what happened and printed this out for me. She was super helpful and patient despite my limited Spanish. Thank you so much Giovanna!
