It's located in the center of Neuquén and you can easily walk to the tourist information and the nearest supermarket. Staff was friendly. The dorm was a bit dark, but it was clean and there were lockers under the bed.

“Comfortable and friendly”
Staff were excellent and helpful. Very clean and big kitchen, also clean. Bed very comfortable and hot shower. Good location for exploring Neuquen - very central.

A new well designed hostel but expensive as there is no competition in Neuquen. They refunded the 21% VAT which almost no hostels charge. There is no 24 hour desk and I arrived late. I was lucky a guest was up or I would have been sleeping outside. Good breakfast with real brown bread. The art added nothing special to the hostel

Beautifully designed hostel displaying local artists pieces along with an extremely cool Bowie theme too. The owner German welcomed me on arrival and allowed me to check in early which was very helpful after a night bus. I only stayed a day but German gave me so much information and tips on free bikes and tours in the city I felt like I knew Neuquén quickly in just a day. The hostel is super clean, lovely brekkie, great location and bed in dorm was so comfortable.

The Owner German and Ilma were very welcoming and warm. Cleanest hostel I've ever been in full stop, and thr brekky was beautiful. Price is very much justified.

Great location right in the city centre. Very helpful and friendly stuff, an absolute pleasure to talk to. Smart and stylish interior design. Everything was clean and neat! + tasty breakfast included:)
