Great location and parking place

I took the road trip through few countries with my 2 years old child and this was definitely one of the worst experience during my travel. We came between 09-10.00 pm, as I notified hotel staff and locations was not so easy to find. When we came in the front of the hotel, first what I noticed is that was really dark outside and very hard to see where is actually hotel, and entrance. The check-in was 24.00 hours, you get your code with number of safe whst is outside of the hotel. For some reason my safe didn't work. I tried to contact the customer support through email, but nobody answered. I tried to contact the number above all safes. But it was on German and I barely could understand what they say. I thought even that I am probably scammed. As it was quite late, we were in the middle of nowhere, me and my small child and started to feel worried and even called the police to check what we can do. I tried again to contact someone who speaks German to call the number and let me know what I can do. I got information to call some another number. Around 11.30 pm I got opportunity to speak with some nice lady on the phone and she helped me to open another safe with another room. That means we couldn't get anymore crib in the room for my child so I was afraid if he will fall from the bed. When we finally entered in, there were no elevator so I had to take my child, strollers and our things and pass all stairs. In the morning we were so exhausted so we didn't wake up on breakfast what is usually finished already 09.00. So even the lady on the reception knew that we had hard time last night, she said there were nothing even to buy in the hotel and th t we can eat outside. She even started to laugh and questioned why I even travel with small child alone. I felt kind of insulted as there were no problems with that but with all experience with this hotel. During 2 months that was 12th hotel and one of probably worst experience ever-and I do travel a lot.

Very good location in the nature. Hotel conditions are in line with the price you pay. Comfortable bed, nice big room, clean and the check-in & check-out is flexible via safe box. Parking in front of the building for free. (Which is a bonus) Breakfast available and mixed. The view from the breakfast room into the woods is a good way to start your day. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had with my wife the Junior Suite and for our daughter we took a single room. We were all very satisfied and will come back again in summer.
