This family-friendly farm and guest house is set just outside historic Neubeuern, a village in the Inn river valley, only 65 km south-east of Munich. The Niederauer Hof offers spacious, bright rooms and apartments featuring scenic views of the village, Neubeuern castle, or the Bavarian Alps. Free Wi-Fi is available in most rooms and in the lounge. Sports fans can enjoy activities such as swimming, hiking, cycling, tennis and skiing Children can play to their heart’s content here. They will love meeting the many barn animals, and can even help run the farm. There is ample storage space for bicycles and prams. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

The location is ideally nestled in nature, with easy access to the city center. The surroundings are tranquil, offering a refreshing sense of calm. From our room, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the sunrise and the (little) snow-capped Alps. While the breakfast menu is modest, it’s perfectly satisfying. We particularly appreciated the locally sourced offerings, especially the delicious homemade yogurt.

Everything was nice and neat. The owner is friendly. Breakfast is adequate... The location is very good; it is in the rural area but also very close to town center
