“Great double bedroom apartment with great service and ambiance”
The host has an enormous appreciation for travellers/guests' needs. Everything you could need is there ranging from baby soap to numerous spices. The apartment is cozy but roomy (albeit with low/tilted ceilings). And for a family of 4 (including baby and toddler) enough space to enjoy wine and chat without disturbing sleeping children. Additionally what should really be mentioned is the service provided. Sebastian called us in advance to make sure we had received all the necessary information including the step-by-step guide to do a manual check-in at our own convenience as well as tips on the best local restaurants.

Excellent instructions for self check-in, very well organised all round. Comfortable beds, and fast internet. Two very large televisions. A really well equipped apartment, probably somewhere normally lived in so plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, and the like.

“Well equipped attic appartment”
Even though the apartment is located some 2 km from city center, you can walk there via nice river side walking path. The apartment is well equipped and has all you need for a stay. Very clean Self and easy check in Free parking Huge TVs in rooms

“We climbed the stairways (48 steps!) to Heaven... 11/10”
EVERYTHING (except perhaps the early morning dancing pigeons on the roof that were better than any alarm clock!). The apartment is reasonably spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The host is very quick to communicate and very helpful. Absolutely everything has been thought about, and provided. Plenty of cutlery, towels, cosmetics, white goods.... I have never seen such a well-provided apartment in all my years of travel.... 11/10 without any doubt. A very short walk gets you to a supermarket and/or bar. A pleasant 10/15 minute walk takes you over the river into the city centre where a great choice of restaurants, shops and bars can be found. The River has a lovely walkway, and of course, the Munster is fantastic.

“Great stay in Ulm if you look for a comfortable and well equipped apartment”
Getting to the place was well explained and host gave very precise instructions about picking up the keys. Apartment is well equipped with everything you can imagine. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is reserved parking space which is few meters from the entrance. Be advised, though, that apartment is on the last floor of the building without elevator; not a big deal if you have no problem with such a concept.

We found water cold in frigo, icecream and chips. There are also a machine Nespresso for coffee ad in the bathroom many useful things.
