Location, very clean

Everything! It is an excellent apartment. We could check in earlier. It would have been good to have a microwave oven.

Nice central and quiet location. Clean and modern. Excellent parking out front, when available. Helpful staff.

“Perfect short stay. Everything was there!”

The room was spacious, up to date, clean and had everything i should forget to bring. I loved the light switch next to the door just stating all ligts off! It was on nice walking distance to center, church, marked and other beautiful things. The elevator was an unexpected but good supprise with my kids. It was perfect that we could rend a parking spot in the courtyard because outside was very bussy so near to the center. It is also great that outside noise was blocked very well by closing the windows.

Excellent, friendly staff. Special thanks for accommodating us despite me mucking up the booking. Very spacious apartment (A2.1), very well kitted out and super clean. Welcome pack a nice touch. 15 mins walking distance to city centre, fisher‘s quarters.

“Unique and very practical experience”

We stayed one night at Soulfactory Apartments in a basement-level unit (floor -2), and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped – a cool and unusual experience, perfect for a short stay. Check-in and communication were fully automated, with standard messages in both German and English. Everything worked smoothly, and as long as you don’t need anything beyond what’s provided, it’s a perfect, hassle-free setup. There’s outdoor parking available for €10 per day (reservation needed), which was convenient. All in all, we had a great stay.

Location near Donau, it being a cellar was interesting and with the hot weather is stayed cool.

Absolutely amazing place—calm, spacious, and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we slept like babies. We wanted to visit Ulm city center and Legoland nearby. The apartment, location, and city were a perfect combination for our family trip. Highly recommended!

“Wonderful stay”

Easy to find and owner had provided all detailed check in information. Parking is available too upon request. Apartments are easily accessible by lift too. Had very Comfortable stay. A bit loud if you open the windows especially during summer time, but it was manageable.

The owner is really helpful, precise, well organised and fully supportive. The apartment is sufficiently large and exactly as advertised. The beds are comfortable and the furniture new. A common area on the first floor with a large fridge and a relaxation area on the top floor with a ping-pong table and a barbecue enhance your stay in this property. The excellent value for money and the location near the Donau river make this property a great compromise if your budget is limited.

We enjoyed the fact that we’ve been so close to the Ulm centre to see the cathedral and Danube. The place is very clean and I can add funky. Definitely the apartment was converted from an old hidden pub or something. Very modern look and I really appreciate the floor heating and the kitchen. Also they have a box with bits like a soup and water bottles to welcome you which was very lovely and unexpected! Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful! I love the kitchen setting and how they organised the mirrors to give the impression of light and space! The communication also was amazing with all the details in one place for everything that you need. The lift was also very intuitive for English speakers however not all the visitors realised that they have to tap the key fob before choosing their floor and because of the bad timing:) us going up and others going into the building we manage to have a full bunch of people at the -2floor 3 times in one day 😂 was funny but you may do in the lift a German notice as well. Thanks

“Pit stop on the way”

Location is perfect - walking distance from the city center. Clean and big enough for 4 of us. The kids did enjoy the ping pong table even in the cold weather. The self checking is fast and saves lots of time
