The bed is super comfy and there’s a large fridge, plus shower is decent size. Good water pressure. Had it have been winter I’d say it’s very warm…

The first room that I was given had a problem with the key pad on the door. :( I had to look for a phone number and talk to an assistant. I was given another room.

Good for parking right in front of the room. Big comfy bed. Very clean. There is a sink, fridge, 2 hobs and a kettle. 2 plates, bowls, mugs, knives, forks, spoons and 1 teaspoon. 1 frying pan and 1 saucepan. It was good for a quick stop off.

Very comfortable bed, great room with kitchenette and a large bathroom. Plenty of convenient parking right outside.

Upon our arrival, no staff explained or let us in; we received both codes but NOT the room number, so we got stuck outside for two hours until a young lady (a visitor, too ) helped us for over an hour until we managed to get the room number! Information was not provided, so I consider it very poorly!

I frequently travel to Ulm for business and have been staying at NU Hotel since January 2024. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been increasingly disappointing. During my last stay, both nights were very noisy due to two individuals playing loud music from their van and drinking from 7 pm to 10 pm. When I politely asked them to lower the volume, I received rude responses. Additionally, in the room next to mine, a lady (probably a sex worker) was making loud noises repeatedly for HOURS, which was quite disturbing. This time, my room was missing two towels and a knife. Although the staff responded and resolved the issue within two hours, it was inconvenient. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms have been declining. On previous visits, I encountered a room that smelled strongly of smoke, a bathroom that was not properly cleaned, and broken towels. Given these ongoing issues, I am now considering alternative accommodations for my future business trips to Ulm.
