Everything! Really quaint in a perfect location. Lovely bar and gelato place on doorstep. Close to beach and view of Marina from tiny terrace. Staff were responsive and welcoming & left out treats & coffee pods. We’ll be back!

Nettuno is a secret jewel of the Lazio region with lots to offer including many restaurants, shops, 2 large beaches, a medieval fort and Borgo (old town) American War Cemetery and lots of charm. The apartment is in a prime location slap bang in the main piazza of the old town. Old the weekends it becomes a hive of activity, a lovely church visible from your bathroom window. From your small Terrace a view out to the harbour with many boats including small fishing vessels. The apartment itself is large and homely with everything you would need for a stay of variable length. Will happily come back again one day. Although the owners were not living nearby they were available at the drop of a hat via phone and could converse perfectly in Italian or English

Amazing location in the center of old town with a beautiful view on the harbour. Close to beach, restaurants, shops. Very comfortable beds in both rooms. Appartment has its age being part of historical old town but it's well maintened, very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in, good contact with the host.

Location was top, beautiful marina view from one of the bedroom, room clean, easy access in. The host were friendly and helpful during the stay and before the check in.

Very cozy apartment, excellent host Antonio, brought us even blankets, as one lady was cold. Was inquiring is everything going normal and if there is anything else they could do. We felt comfortable. Thanks! The location just perfect, in the old Town, close to beach and restaurants)) The view from the balcony is amazing!!! To a Marina with hundreds of yachts! Super! Highly recommended!
