“comfortable, calm, and welcoming.”
The property is located right in front of the sea, offering a unique setting with incredible sunsets and the constant sound of the waves. I’m always listening to music, so it’s important for me to be in a place that gives me the peace to enjoy it. Also, the host is an absolute delight

very nice, well equipped and clean apartment in front of the beach. You get all you need for short stay. Friendly and helpful host (Vanessa). Good supermarket is in10 min walking distance. Has a large balcony shared with other two guest apartments. Sand beach.

The host is super friendly and kind and promptly attended to any requests we had. Everything was perfect, thank you very much. The accommodation is in a great location, you step out of the gate into the sand, the sea is 50 meters away, where you can rent sunbeds, but the free beach is also 100 meters away. The apartment is beautiful, well-designed, just the right size, safe and clean, and it always smelled good. The apartment is equipped with everything, the bathroom is large. The shower worked well, the air conditioner is perfect. There is a large terrace that is used by 3 apartments and it has a shower, which is extra useful because you can shower on the way back from the beach. There is a supermarket a few streets away, where you can buy everything. We had a great time there, thanks thanks thanks.

“A dream ...”
Vanessa is a gem, but the real genius of this property is the location. You're literally sleeping on the beach, right next to a fantastic beach club/bar on one side and the largest sushi restaurant in Italy with a view of the sea on the other.

The proximity to the beach. You are on the beach, with the added bonus of your shared veranda with seats and a shower. Vanessa was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions over what’s app.

Very comfortable Appartment. Right on the nice sand beach. In apartment everything in place, fill like at home. 100m from perfect Gelateria, 300 m supermarket. Next time in Lacio, we choose this appartment again. Ivan and family
