“Spacious apartment in centre”

Very nice apartment, spacious with big rooms and loads of storage room. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Great location, couple of minutes walk to supermarket and shops and cafés, train station and sea side. Claudio was great, communicated well and responded quickly.

The apartments are located right next to the old city center and in close proximity to the sea (7-10 minutes). Nearby are shops, restaurants, pizzerias and bars. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The sofa in the living room is convertible and comfortable for sleeping. The interior is pleasant and marine-themed. The owner is always in touch. I liked the city and these apartments are fully consistent with a vacation in Nettuno.

Perfect location for family, close to the beach, shops etc. Friendly hosts that helped with transfer arrangements and other recommendations. Good beach and sea in August was very warm.

“Mixed feelings: a good appartment with some serious minuses”

Very nice city, interesting location of the apartment, very close to the train station, restaurants, the supermarket, the beach (5-minute walk), and the historical city center. The apartment is very modern with a great configuration, and all necessary things are provided (including a dish washing mashine and an oven).

Excellent location in the city center, surrounded by cafes, stores, and other good places. Just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches along the seaside. A lot of street parking available, with a convenient parking lot located 100 meters away at a reasonable price of around 4 euros overnight. The apartment itself provides a great experience, equipped with everything you may need. We stayed in Nettuno but also traveled to Rome and other destinations by car, and we were extremely satisfied with our choice. Fully recommended.

Very clean, big, light and stylish flat in the center of the city in a beautiful building. Fully equipped! Very good views from the windows. The owners are very hospitable and responsible. All the historical buildings, beaches, grocery stores and other services are very close. Tips: to get the right side beach walk to Via della Resistenza Nettunese 5. To the left beach: just walk to the left or go through the medieval tower directly in front of the flat: you will get to the medieval yard, and then to the harbour, the beach is on the left. 1h 10 min from Rome by train, the ticket 2.80€ (January 2024), very easy to buy in the app Trainline. The train station is 6 min walking from the flat. The flat is in the heart of the town, that’s why there are normal city sounds outside, but quiet enough in the night (anyway in the winter). For me this location is an advantage: a great possibility to watch the local life. Very beautiful but high stairs, not recommended for sick legs.

The apartment is perfect, beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is great with a nice view, close to the sea and the train station. The host was friendly and helped with any questions.

Super location, clean and roomy new apartments

Probably it is the best apartment that I have ever booked on Booking. It has everything you need and even more! Very beautiful, clean and stylish. The location is perfect: close to the railway station, supermarket and the beach. I will definitely stay here when I come to Nettuno again.
