What a fantastic stay! The house is absolutely beautiful, super clean and really well-equipped – you can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like home. The beds were super comfy too, which made it even harder to leave! The town itself is charming and peaceful, and it’s just a short trip to the sea – perfect for relaxing or exploring. Also, shoutout to the bike – such a cool touch, and great for cruising around the area. And last but definitely not least – Vale is an amazing host. So kind, welcoming and helpful. He really made us feel like we were staying with a friend. 100% would recommend and would love to come back!

This place was outstanding and I would highly recommend this place for families. The hosts were outstanding with clear communication prior to arrival and very gracious in showing us the house. The home is equivalent to a five-star hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer.

“A wonderful place with really nice hosts”

The place is amazing, the owner Valeriano met us near the villa, and helped with all the things inside and outside the place, there was a bucket of fruits in the kitchen for us, there is everything for cooking in the kitchen (and outside for grill), villa is beautiful, lots of flowers in the garden, beds are comfortable, there was a small pool for a kid, umbrellas for the beach (and they also bought a bunch of toys to the beach for my son), actually we had everything we need, there is a supermarket 15 min walk, and beach 10 min walk, villa is located in a closed area. We had a wonderful time, highly recommended. Big thanks to Valeriano who drove us to the doctor, cause my son had a high temperature, waited in the line and helped with a translation.

This location surpassed every single rental location we've ever been to. If we could give it a 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough! The kindness and friendliness of the owners was unmatched. The location was amazing, flawless! The property was extremely clean, comfortable, modern and with so much charm. The grounds were impeccable and the entire place so relaxing. Very secure place. Walking distance to the beach. We plan on returning for sure!

“Great villa! Great hosts!”

Great villa! Great hosts! The villa is in a very convenient location for tourists with cars. It is located 40 km from Rome. There are buffer parking lots at the last Metro stops. The villa is comfortable for six people. There are two verandas, one with a barbecue. Thanks to Valeriano and his wife for a wonderful stay. We will definitely visit them again.

We totally fell in love with Casa de la Luna! Ideal location: 10 minutes walk to the sea, 15 minutes to the center and port of Nettuno, 25 minutes to the center of Anzio with fish restaurants! The house is truly beautiful! The interiors are made with taste and style, there is everything you need for a heavenly life. Valeriano is friendly, helpful with any questions and recommendations! We will definitely come back again! And if you choose accommodation in this area - so here it is, the best choice is Casa de la Luna! Best recommendation!❤️
