“Good hotel, but no outside green area to sit. The locale is a building site.”

The breakfast was excellent and the staff kept the table clear of used China. Not usual in Israel. The room was just that bit bigger than usual and we appreciated thst. The large bathroom was welcomed. The poolside food was good and plentiful and the area pleasant.

Location is perfect, overlooking the ocean; rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. High standard maintained at each meal; Friday night Shabbat meal was particularly exceptional. It was a pleasure to be contacted by the Guest Relations Manager, Vered Elbar to get feedback about my stay and kindly offering her personal assistance for any future bookings with the hotel.

Absolutely shocking the room was dirty and ready for us with a child . Took them a day to give us a better room, only after I raise the complaint again and again and again, the offer for me silly discount on the first night I will never stay there again

Breakfast was good and substantial, with a wide range of options - some of which were freshly prepared on request. This kept us satisfied for almost the whole day! Snacks, fruit and flavoured cold water were provided in the lobby in the afternoon and into the early evening. We enjoyed these on return to the hotel after a day out.

I never bothered to right comments after I stay in a hotel, but I want to give max credit to the Vert Lagoon hotel, and most specifically to their Head of Reception, Vered Elbar. The hotel has a great pool and amazing view on the sea. The room we received was spacious and very clean. Great place with great accomodation. The best, though, is not the hotel, but its personel, and most specifically the Head of Reception, Vered Elbar, who is no less than the sweetest person on earth. She called me before my arrival to make sure I didn't need special accomodation, upgraded me to a bigger room and offered me to stay a few hours longer in the hotel for free . More than a great professional, she is an outstanding person that made sure that I will come back to this hotel as long as she is handling things. She truly cares for the people that enters the hotel and have genuine love for her job. Vered if you see this message, please know that you made my day and that the world would be a better place with more amazing person like you. Special thanks also to the Belgian reception worker who was extra nice and convenient (don't remember his name, but he speaks french, dutch and german).
