The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Fabrice at the front desk. He phoned me a few days before our stay to explain where we can park for free.

“Pleasant stay in an excellent location.”
Staff were very friendly and obliging. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. The hotel has a warm and pleasant vibe about it. The location is very good close to the Mall and the beach.

Great location right in the heart of Netanya, can't be better. Highly professional and helpful staff that's not a common story our days 🙂, great breakfast that may suit everyone: both delicious, various and healthy. Big rooms, room service every day. Some minor improvements are still needed though I'm sure the staff is aware of it.

This was an exceptional weekend stay. The room was well appointed, fresh and clean. The food/restaurant/dining was sumptuous, extensive and delicious. The staff was so attentive and friendly and especially Fabrice who went above and beyond to make every part of our stay very special. He is a gem and represents the hotel's attitude to make your stay so welcoming and enjoyable.
