“Lovely hotel and breakfast”
The receptionist is friendly. The nature around the room, garden and around the hotel is peaceful and occasionally filled with birds due to the bird feeding areas. Waking up to bird singing is very nice too. Breakfast brings various breads and divers spreads, ham, cheese. There is a restaurant called de Klimop next door, that serve dinner by a fire and warm terrace.

The service is wonderful, the staff is very and honestly friendly, helpfull and always there for the guests. The rooms are very clean and spacious for the price you pay. In Ameland I think they are the biggest rooms you can get in a hotel. It is a 3 star hotel, but everything is at least a 4-5 star rating. The breakfast is divers and extensive enough. The swimming pool is very nice and a very nice bonus on those rainy days. Location is wonderful, you are in the middle of Nes, with 20-30 restaurant on walking distance. The beach is a 20 minutes walk, but as most of the people rent a bicycle in Ameland it is a 5-10 minutes trip. All in all the almost perfect stay in Ameland!!!!
